This project unfolds in a PJ district, reviving an aged apartment with a plumbing challenge. Acquired years ago for its convenient location, the property lacked thoughtful design, lighting, and felt outdated. Facing budget constraints, the owner aimed to preserve the original tiles during renovations. Focused on wall enhancements and furniture selection, vibrant color contrasts and strategic lighting were employed to create a visually clean, bright, and layered space. Full-length curtains in the living room ensure uniformity and brightness. By reimagining unused areas, a versatile room for a study or guest bedroom emerged, optimizing space without a cramped feel. The kitchen underwent a simple transformation, aligning with the owner's future plans to continue renting before settling down.
